Hi Sweet Loves!

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. My name is Laura, I'm a yoga teacher and birth doula based in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) of North Carolina, serving families looking for some support during the miraculous, wild, and life altering journey of becoming a parent.

I live in Carrboro with my two beautiful almost 3 year old furry cat children Maeve and Clementine, and teach yoga locally at Franklin Street Yoga and Triangle Rock Club (TRC). In my free time, you can usually find me moving in some capacity. From rock climbing, to yoga, to acro yoga, I love the ability to play and explore with movement. I'm an avid rock climber and enjoy climbing with my partner both in gym and outside. Apart from movement and being passionate about birth (literally me binge watching birth videos of complete strangers on YouTube), I love to cook and bake new vegan and gluten-free meals, and will likely be sharing some of those recipes in this little corner of the internet over time. :)

I can't wait to get to know you all a little more and to start exploring this beautiful journey into birthwork.
